Released November 1st 2019, the IKEA x Off-White collection saw endless queues, hype and sold out items. Described by Virgil as "Ready-Made Woven Art" Off-White and IKEA had been hosting pop-ups with limited-edition rugs back in September 2018. The rugs dropped at a one-off event in Paris, while IKEA Japan held pop-ups on December 16th 2018. Four rugs were on sale at the pop-ups, all of which were not part of the wider IKEA MARKERAD collection that dropped in 2019.
